Below is a complete list of all the beers that will be featured during Meet the Brewers Freshman Class — taking place during Mass Beer Week — along with when and where to get them.

Each weeknight, March 8-12, from 7 to 8 p.m. tune into Facebook Live on our Mass Beer Week page or join us via zoom to get involved in the live Q&A with our brewers. You’ll hear from five of the state’s newly opened breweries and enjoy a guided virtual tasting of the beers featured below. You’ll also hear that brewery’s startup story, history, COVID pivots, and what’s in store for the future.

Monday, March 8
Sterling St. Brewery with hosts, HawkVisuals
7 to 8 p.m.

Sterling St. Brewery’s Flagship NEIPA brewed with Citra and Amarillo Hops

Pil’s Communication
A top seller at Sterling St. Brewery with Saaz hops as the backbone of this refreshing classic

How to get it?
A special mixed four pack featuring these two beers will be available for purchase at the Sterling St. Brewery Taproom – Tuesday 3 to 9 p.m. / Wednesday 3 to 9 p.m. / Thursday 3 to  9 p.m. / Friday noon to 10 p.m.  / Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. / Sunday noon to 7 p.m.

Tuesday, March 9
Faces Brewing Co. with host, Erika Johnson
7 to 8 p.m.

Featured Beers:
Espresso Ferrari
Mauler Imperial Stout

How to get it?
Cans available to-go at the Faces Brewing Co., taproom at 50 Pleasant St. Malden MA — Monday through Wednesday 4 to 10 p.m., Thursday 4 to 11 p.m., Friday noon to midnight, Saturday 11 a.m. to midnight, Sunday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Wednesday, March 10
The Brewery at Four Star Farms with hosts, the Mass. Brew Bros.
7 to 8 p.m.

Featured Beers:
Fieldbreak Saison
The Field Break is brewed with water, malt, and hops all sourced from within 150 yards (!!!) of our brewery.

Solstice Double IPA
The Solstice DIPA is a big juicy NEDIPA brewed with hops right from Four Star Farms which is especially cool since many NEIPAs are brewed with hops from the southern hemisphere.

The Northfielder Pils
The Pils showcases Four Star Farms Mt. Rainier hops. It’s simple, refreshing and delicious.

How to get it?
The Brewery at Four Star Farms ships via UPS on Thursdays – so be sure to place your order by March 4 to get it in time for the virtual tasting and discussion. Or get it directly from the taproom – Wed/ Thurs/ Friday 4-7pm or Sat/ Sun 12-5.  Some varieties are also available for purchase at Maker to Main in Worcester but anyone interested should call ahead to confirm availability.

Thursday, March 11
Penny Pinchers Brewing Co. with hosts, Brew Roots Podcast
7 to 8 p.m.

Featured Beers:

Potty Mouth Jar – This golden ale  is a light colored stout. It has the creaminess and body of a normal stout but with the look and drink-ability of an ale, with just enough of a chocolate taste to have to donate to the potty mouth jar! ABV = 5%

Couch Diver – Old school original East Coast IPA. It is a light bodied, dry, bitter bomb with just a hint of citrus. ABV = 6%

Yard Sale Series #1 – Traditional Dark German lager brewed with some great citrusy/black tea hops from our friends at Four Star Farms in Northfield MA. ABV = 4.5% 

How to get it?
Penny Pinchers beer is sold in growlers exclusively out of the taproom located at 75 Elm St, Millbury, MA. Beer can be pre-ordered for pick up on Tuesday or Wednesday before the interview.

Friday, March 12
Brato Brewhouse + Kitchen with host, Christine Healy
7 to 8 p.m.

Featured Beers:

BRIGHTON HOPPY IPA | 6.1% ABV
Grains: Pale 2-Row Barley, Wheat and Oats
Hops: Nelson Sauvin and Ella
Description: Spicy, floral, citrus, white grape, light tropical

N. BEACON LIGHT MUNICH HELLES LAGER | 5.5% ABV
Grains: Pilsner, Carapils, Light Munich
Hops: German Hersbrucker
Description: Crisp, clean, spicy, herbal, light baked bread

How to get it?
Available for sale in-house at the pub as a special Mass Beer Week mixed 4-pack including 2 cans of each featured beer. Monday & Tuesday 4 to 8 p.m. / Wednesday – Sunday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
