PRESS RELEASE / July 1, 2025 (Canton & Boston, MA) – One year after completing a multi-million dollar distillery expansion at their Canton production facility, Trillium announced the launch of a new family of Ready-to-Drink (RTD) beverages including canned cocktails, teas, lemonades and seltzers. Developed over the last year, each handcrafted beverage utilizes Trillium spirits and real ingredients, shunning artificial colors or flavors, a practice true to Trillium’s
founding vision.

Available today at Trillium locations are the first two handcrafted cocktails in the series, Rum Punch and Margarita, with Lemonades and Teas expected for release in the next two weeks. All products are packaged in 4-packs of sleek 12oz cans and available for on-site enjoyment as well as retail to-go sales.

“When we started our spirits program in earnest 5 years ago we envisioned offering a full complement of bar essentials including vodka, rum, gin, amaro, and more, with special focus on bourbon, rye and American Single Malt whiskey with estate grown grain. This breadth of product enables us to offer handcrafted cocktails for our guests as well as fuel the development of these new canned beverages,” stated JC Tetreault, founder of Trillium.

As initial examples of the full RTD program, Rum Punch and Margarita both utilize Trillium spirits plus real ingredients; Rum Punch features Trillium’s Wave Break Rum and Windrow Vodka with pineapple, guava, orange, and cherry. Margarita utilizes Agave Spirit, Lime, Passionfruit and Pink Sea Salt. The forthcoming Teas, Lemonades and Seltzers employ similar practice with house brewed black tea, real citrus and tropical fruits. All products in the series are gluten free from the distillation process.

”Aside from their Greater Boston locations, Trillium intends to offer the portfolio of ready-to-drink beverages to select restaurants, bars, and retailers in Massachusetts and is exploring limited distribution to key metropolitan markets nationwide.
