Harvest Hosts 6th Annual Ice Party On Sunday, February 25

WHO: Harvest restaurant in Harvard Square is hosting their 6th Annual Ice Party.

WHAT: On Sunday, February 25th you can cure your cabin fever as this Harvard Square hot spot transforms into Camp Harvest for their annual ice party.

Get ready for an evening filled with local craft beer from Trillium, invigorating ice-luge cocktails, the hottest tracks spun by DJ Ryan Brown, and the most delicious camping food you’ve ever tasted from Executive Chef Nick Deutmeyer and Executive Pastry Chef Tab Volpe.

Some of the menu highlights include:

• Michter’s Rye Sazeracs

• Michter’s Alpine Spritz

• Non alcoholic Aperitif with rosemary, sage, lemon, thyme

• German and Swiss Pretzel Wall with optional warm beer cheese and toppings

• Build Your Own S’mores with house made graham crackers and marshmallows

• Fruit de Mer raw bar with shrimp cocktail, oysters, crab claws

• Hot Tomato Bisque with mini grilled cheese sandwiches

• Raclette with gourmet toppings, crudite and house made bagels

• Porchetta carving station for sliders

• Stroopwaffle and maple snow taffy station

This year, Harvest is also proud to continue their partnership and help support Furnishing Hope, a local organization that provides families with the resources and support needed to transition out of homelessness and domestic abuse shelters. Harvest will host a raffle and donate a portion of ticket sales to help advance their important mission.
