This was a “one-and-done” experiment for NERAX, and it’s been fun seeing the check-ins roll in. Some people are getting “caramelized smoked ham” (in a good way, we promise) and others are digging the “honey biscuit sweetness” from the @valleymalt and @blueoxmalthouse grain bill.

They rounded it out with some Riel hops from @duke25hops up in New Brunswick to keep things interesting.
