Aeronaut Brewing will bring back its Neighborhood Nights Allston for a third year, and this summer’s version will feature a revamped space, more bands, and an even bigger, better, badder-assed line up of beer according to Aeronaut CEO Ben Holmes. The dog and family friendly series of musical pop-up beer gardens will again be held on Wednesdays and Fridays from June through September, and take place at the familiar Zone 3 venue, part of Harvard’s initiative to activate and energize Western Ave with creative programs, events, and retail.

Though still in the exploratory stage, Aeronaut may also be involved in a bike-friendly pop-up beer garden at another location in the Metro Boston area this summer. Stay tuned for more news on that one.

Aeronaut’s summer beer garden will again be held on the grounds of Zone 3 at 267 Western Ave. in Allston.

Other exciting news out of Aeronaut includes the upcoming release of a special collaboration beer with nearby neighbor Winter Hill Brewing in celebration of the city’s annual PorchFest event, held this year on Saturday, May 12. Named PorchBeer 2018, it will be brewed with yeast strains from both breweries, then blended together, and available in cans and on draft in limited quantities at both taprooms.

Aeronaut will also continue its Lawn-Chair Professionals bottle club this summer. The six-month membership is a good way to get a taste of what’s coming next with their experimentation and collaboration efforts. Enrollment, which sold out quickly last time, opens May 21.
