PRESS RELEASE / March 31, 2026 (Springfield, MA) – A new chapter is brewing in Downtown Springfield.
The beloved Worthy BrewFest returns in 2026 with an exciting new location and expanded experience, now hosted at The Landing at the MassMutual Center and presented by Beacon Bank. Presale tickets will officially launch on April 1, offering discounted tickets to one of the region’s most anticipated craft beer events.
Now under the stewardship of the Springfield Business Improvement District (BID), Worthy BrewFest enters its next phase as a signature downtown event – bringing together craft breweries, local food vendors, live entertainment, and a vibrant community atmosphere in the heart of the city.
“We’re honored to carry forward the legacy of The Worthy BrewFest while bringing new energy and vision to the event,” said Michelle Grout, Executive Director of the Springfield BID. “This move is about preserving something people love while creating an even better experience that reflects the vibrancy of Downtown Springfield.”
“The Worthy BrewFest has been a true labor of love, built on good times, good beer, and good people. I’m so proud of what it’s become. Heffe [Jeff Goulet] has always been one of the key driving forces behind the event, and I’m excited to see the torch being passed to the SBID and Heffe. I’m confident the festival will continue to grow, evolve, and thrive. May the tradition continue.” said Keith Weppler, co-founder of The Worthy BrewFest and co-owner of Theodore’s BBQ.
The move to The Landing at the MassMutual Center introduces a more dynamic and accessible festival layout, with improved amenities, increased capacity, and new opportunities for interactive experiences.
Presale ticket holders will receive access to the event at a special rate, limited quantity available. Additional event details – including participating breweries, entertainment lineup, and VIP experiences – will be announced in the coming weeks.
