In yet another development in the dynamic industry of craft beer, Josh Bernstein of Seven Fifty Daily reports that although American consumers are apprehensive, still beer offers brewers a new form of expression. “Inspired by Belgian brewing customs,” he writes, “a budding group of sour- and wild-focused American breweries are saying sayonara to fizz.”
