There is so much going on this upcoming weekend with the Boston Marathon and Indigenous Peoples’ Day and some fun happenings from Night Shift Brewing, Time Out Market Boston and Krasi.
To celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day, Night Shift Brewing is releasing Blueberry Piescraper, a Maine Blueberry Ale with marshmallows, spices and vanilla. How many pies make a piescraper? Night Shift Brewing couldn’t agree on an answer so they made this blueberry pie inspired beer instead. This ale was brewed with blueberries from the Passamaquoddy Wild Blueberry Co., owned by the Passamaquoddy Tribe in Maine. Night Shift Brewing is proud to partner with the Passamaquoddy Wild Blueberry Co,, a company committed to employing Tribe members and preserving the tradition and culture of using the land’s natural resources to sustain the communities they live and work in. This beer will be available in Night Shift Brewing’s taprooms only.
