PRESS RELEASE / May 9, 2020 (Ipswich, MA) – May is ALS Awareness Month and True North Ale Company has launched a new brew selling in select stores throughout Massachusetts. Dubbed ICE BUCKET PALE, the beer honors the memory of Pete Frates and his Ice Bucket Challenge. In addition, $2 of every 4-pack sold will be donated to the ALS Therapy Development Institute in Cambridge to help in finding a cure for ALS. The beer is a hoppy West Coast Extra Pale Ale offering a range of juicy flavors and a nice hops bite. Bronze Medal winner at the 2019 North American Brewers Association competition.
