New England Farmhouse Brewery Extends Their Craft To The Kitchen With Comforting Brunch Classics

WHAT:  Executive Chef Michael Morway and the team at Trillium Fort Point launch Sunday brunch on January 27. Executive Chef Michael Morway is introducing his twist on classic brunch favorites with the following new comforting dishes:

GRAIN OUT – Spent Grain Granola, Yogurt, Berries, Candied Pecans, Toasted Coconut

THE FULL PLATE – Hand cut Green Thumb Farm Crispy Potatoes, Onions, Charred Peppers, Mushrooms, Country Ham, Bacon, White Cheddar Sauce and Two Sunny Eggs

LIEGE WAFFLE – Whipped Sweet Brown Butter, Apple Jam, Candied Pecans

BENNY – English Muffin, Country Ham, Slow-Cooked Egg, Hollandaise, Mini Salad

CHICKEN & THE EGG – Fried Chicken Thigh, White Gravy, Two Sunny Egg, Crispy Potatoes

TRILLIUM BLEND COFFEE AND COLD BREW – this signature blend of coffee beans is a collaboration with Barrington Coffee Roasters. Created specifically for nitro cold brew, it is now available to enjoy at Trillium Fort Point (as well as the Canton location). Off the tap, Trillium cold brew carries nutty, toasty aromas, flavors of bold chocolate with a subtle earthiness, and a rich, full body for mouthfeel. Bags of Trillium blend are also available for retail.
