PRESS RELEASE / September 10, 2019 (Boston, MA) – Trillium Brewing Company invites beer fans to indulge in a four-course dinner in collaboration with Cook’s Illustrated at theirTrillium Fort Point location.

 On September 25, join Trillium Brewing Company for a special beer dinner in collaboration with Cook’s Illustrated. The dinner will include four courses of delicious recipes prepared by Trillium Fort Point Executive Chef Michael Morway and curated from the Cook’s Illustrated catalogue alongside Trillium beer pairings carefully selected by Trillium co-founder JC Tetreault. Esteemed Cook’s Illustrated editors will introduce each course and discuss their selected recipes. Guests can also sample and purchase Trillium’s limited release 2019 version of Illustrated IPA. Originally made in 2018 to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Cook’s Illustrated, the 2019 version of Illustrated IPA features an exciting recipe update. All guests will receive a complimentary swag bag and a chance to win tickets to ATK Boston EATS.

Trillium will randomly place 10 tokens under the caps of their limited-release Illustrated IPA 4-packs. Guests who find tokens will receive two free GA tickets to ATK Boston EATS, which will take place on October 26. Illustrated IPA will be on sale for a limited time at Trillium’s Fort Point, Canton and Fenway taprooms.

America’s Test Kitchen tests recipes, kitchen equipment, and ingredients to make cooking easier and more enjoyable for home chefs. ATK Eats is an opportunity to enjoy unlimited gourmet food from renowned Boston chefs, sip craft cocktails from popular bars, and watch cooking demos featuring beloved TV hosts. Learn new recipes and techniques and enjoy the best food Boston has to offer – all under one roof.

Seats for the Cook’s Illustrated Beer Dinner are $100, and a portion of the ticket proceeds will be donated to Community Servings. When purchasing tickets, guests can choose between two menu options, full details included below.

Scallop ceviche with grapefruit and cucumber

Fresh corn fritters with red pepper mayonnaise and cabbage slaw

Thai grilled hens with chili jam and jasmine rice

Assorted ice cream sandwiches

 

Option Two

Ultra-smooth hummus with spiced walnut topping and fresh pita

Tomato gratin with burrata

Grilled lamb-stuffed pitas with yogurt sauce and parsley-cucumber salad

Olive oil cake with olive oil ice cream
