FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

MAYNARD, MA – Amory’s Tomb Brewing Co. opened its doors to the public on November 21st, 2018. Founded by brothers-in-law Allen Quinn and Richard Barron, the small brewery and taproom welcomed community members with a variety of beers on tap, with a strong nod to Belgian style farmhouse ales.

The opening lineup included Estuarial (5.8%), a Farmhouse ale featuring Legend 6-Row Pilsner malt from Maine’s Blue Ox Malthouse, Kettle Hole (4.9%), a Rustic Pale Ale with rye and spelt, Cashmere IPA (6.6%), a modern IPA with Cashmere hops, and Golden Rule (5.8%), an Oatmeal Pale Ale with Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe, as well as a classic Saison and Extra Special Bitter.

The pair focuses much of their attention on using local ingredients, and unique yeast strains to create new and exciting flavor profiles. “It took us a while to get to this point, but we are finally here, open, and loving every minute of it!” said Quinn, who enjoys taking to patrons and discussing their process, ingredients and what is coming down the line.

You can visit the Amory’s Tomb taproom at 76 Main Street in Maynard, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 5-9 pm, and Saturday from 2-9 pm, or online at Amorystomb.com
