PRESS RELEASE / February 2, 2021 (Everett, MA) – Aeronaut Brewing is thrilled to share that we are finally opening for taproom service at our new Everett location, the AERONAUT Cannery! Although we’ve been brewing and canning beer at our Everett abode for a while now, we thought it was about time we poured some of our Everett-brewed beer and showed folks our new digs!
After many months of planning (and re-planning it seems…), we couldn’t be happier with how the taproom is progressing and we can’t wait to share our space with new and old friends. We’ll be serving up Aeronaut favorites plus new recipes, showcasing our Everett brewing setup.
We are grateful to be joined by our longtime friends and collaborators Carolicious as they will be opening up a kitchen in the Everett taproom and will be onsite to serve up their outstanding Venezuelan arepas. Carolicious is expected to begin service the weekend of 2/19-2/20. In the meantime, we’ll be joined by the stellar Chicken ‘n’ Rice Guys and their food truck will be onsite during all service hours offering their signature rice bowls (vegetarian options available).

With our staff and customers’ safety as a top priority, we’ve meticulously set up the taproom to safely serve 55 people (2-6 people per party) who’ll be seated more than 6 ft apart from other parties and can enjoy freshly brewed beers with minimal contact with our staff. We’ll be monitoring COVID safety guidelines and will continue to update our operations over time.
Our opening weekend kicks off this Friday (2/5/2021) and we are now accepting reservations for both Friday and Saturday, plus the following weekend.
