This English style Barleywine features Simpson’s Maris Otter and Simpson’s DRC malt and a touch of brown sugar. Smooth, with notes of caramel, candied fruit, a bit of alcohol warmth and a sweet finish. Weights & Measures is perfect for sipping on chilly nights. (pictured in featured image)
Sunday Paper is an Imperial Stout made with coffee – smooth and rich. At a smooth 9.9% ABV, this stout’s fresh roasted coffee nose leads into a smooth and rich roasted dark chocolate and coffee flavor with hints of dried black cherries. Brewed in partnership with Barrington Coffee Roasters. One case of Sunday Paper supports 58 square feet of local farmland.
We’re Going To Need You To Come In On Saturday Scotch Ale
A full-flavored, malt-forward Scotch Ale made for after-work sipping. Saturday Scotch Ale features big flavors of biscuit, toffee, and a hint of fruity esters, helping it land with a sweet finish and medium carbonation, at 8.4 % ABV. Made with locally-grown, peat-smoked malt from Valley Malt (based in Hadley, MA) for an added touch of smokiness. One case of Saturday Scotch Ale supports 41 square feet of local farmland.
