This luxurious brew embodies the essence of the ocean with a sophisticated twist. Aged to perfection in bourbon barrels, it offers creamy notes of sweet oak, vanilla, and a hint of brownie batter, with a subtle briny touch to round out the flavor. Priced at $10, Seamark Oyster Stout will be available throughout the restaurant.
To celebrate the launch, Seamark is offering a special dining experience. From July 16 to July 21, guests can add a Seamark Oyster Stout to The Schlowburger—recently crowned Best Burger of 2024 by Boston Magazine—for just $6.

Night Shift Brewing has its roots in a small kitchen on Josephine Ave in Somerville, MA. In 2007, Co-Founders Rob, Mike, and Michael began homebrewing at night, making beers for friends and family that they hoped were more delicious than the commercial options on shelves.
