PRESS RELEASE / April 2, 2025 (Boston, MA) – Roundhead Brewing is excited to announce the release of Gato Curioso, the second offering in their highly anticipated barrel-aged series. Join Roundhead on National Beer Day, Monday, April 7th, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM for the official Gato Curioso Release Party, featuring the new beer on tap, live music by Fernando Ufret, and half-price food specials from the Roundhead pizza kitchen.
“We’re thrilled to share the next installment in our barrel-aged program with the release of Gato Curioso,” says Luis Espinoza, Roundhead’s brewer and founder. “This beer is a result of our curiosity and dedication to exploring new flavor profiles, and we can’t wait for everyone to experience it on National Beer Day.”
This unique lager was crafted by pitching four distinct yeast strains into cold-stored barrels for an eight-month fermentation and conditioning period, resulting in a refined and intriguing twist on a classic style.
Guests are invited to be among the first to taste Gato Curioso on tap at the Release Party. Bottles are also available for pre-order for convenient pickup at the event, with options for single bottles or half-case pricing.
