“Grass Fed,” An American Pilsner, Will Be Available On Tap
Exclusively At The Fix Locations
PRESS RELEASE / January 8, 2023 (WORCESTER, MA) – Redemption Rock Brewing Co. and Niche Hospitality Group today announced the release of a new and exclusive house lager for Niche’s locations of The Fix Burger Bar – an American Pilsner called “Grass Fed.”
Grass Fed features a light, crisp body with crackery malt notes and a pleasantly floral aroma. It is brewed entirely with local ingredients – Pilsner and 2-Row malt from Stone Path Malt in Wareham, Mass., and Teamaker Hops from Four Star Farms in Northfield, Mass.
“Nothing goes together better than burgers and beer, and we’re delighted to offer our customers an exclusive lager that makes us as proud as our food does,” said Dana Porter, Beverage Director at Niche Hospitality Group. “We’ve long been fans of Redemption Rock’s ability to brew approachable yet flavorful lagers, and being able to partner with a local brewery for our house beer means the world to us.”
Grass Fed will be first tapped on Friday, January 12, and will be available year-round on tap at The Fix’s locations in Worcester, Leominster, and Marlborough.
“The Fix is an institution in the Worcester craft beer community, so of course we jumped at the chance to brew a lager just for them,” said Greg Carlson, head brewer at Redemption Rock Brewing Co. “By putting a local touch on a classic style, we think this beer will be exactly what fans of The Fix are looking for – and the perfect complement to a delicious burger.”
Redemption Rock Beer Dinner
To celebrate the launch of Grass Fed – as well as both local beer and local food – The Fix will be hosting a Redemption Rock beer dinner on Wednesday, February 7, 2023.
The dinner will feature four courses designed by The Fix’s chef, Matt Murray, each thoughtfully paired with a Redemption Rock beer. Tickets are available at https://www.nichehospitality.
Redemption Rock Brewing Co. opened its doors in January 2019, in Worcester, MA. It is a Certified Benefit Corporation (B Corp). It was founded by a team of lifelong (or so) craft beer fanatics. It’s built on the idea that life’s too short not to celebrate great beer and people. Think the beer fest experience: good times with friends, an opportunity to explore all that beer has to offer, and a strong sense of camaraderie and community.
