The Brewery at Four Star Farms and Mass. Brew Bros. are beyond excited to announce the release of their beer collaboration, “Wouldn’t It Be Weiss” Berliner Weiss! 
They’ve teamed up to bring you one of their most requested styles. To elevate your sour beer experience, they will be offering four delicious syrups to add to your Berliner Weiss:
Raspberry
Blueberry
Peach
Woodruff
What is woodruff? Woodruff is the classic green-colored flavor syrup for Berliner Weisse. Known as Waldmeistersirup, it naturally develops flavors of vanilla, cardamom, and cinnamon. It’s so popular in Germany that it’s not only used for beer but also poured over pancakes, ice cream, and added to cocktails and soft drinks.
