This Father’s Day is fixing to be extra special! Come celebrate Father’s Day with Vanished Valley Brewing on Monday June 21st, the day after the big day, from 5:30pm to 9pm for an evening of great food, great beer, and great Dad jokes!

They’ve put together what they think is a spectacular line-up of courses for all you incredible Dads out there!

Check this out:

Course #1 – Scotch Eggs served with a Pomona based mustard sauce.
Beer: Pomona NEIPA

Course #2 – Roasted Chicken Livers served with pickled onions.
Beer: Watershed NEIPA

Course #3 – Fernando Marinated Smoke Salmon served with Salsa Verde and a tortilla cup.
Beer: Fernando – a Passion Fruit Sour Ale

Course #4 – Blackened Ribeye Medallion served along side a gorgonzola mash.
Beer: TBA

Course #5 – Hey, Don’t Forget the Coffee Imperial Stout Brownie served with vanilla bean ice cream and a salted caramel drizzle.

5:30pm to 6pm – We will be getting things started with a Welcome Fire in the Beer Garden with a complimentary Take Flight Pale Ale.

6pm to 9pm – Beer Dinner in the Taproom. You’ll have the entire Taproom to yourselves!
