As the halfway point of October nears, it is Tributary’s duty to inform you that they’re nearly two weeks away from their big Fall release of their favorite imperial stout. This harvest season’s rendition is a little bit of a departure from what they’ve done in the past. For the purpose of experimentation, they nixed the infusion of spirit barrels, and relied solely on three fortified wine barrels. Madeira, ruby port, and tawny port push the fruitiness in this batch to the forefront as stone fruit and jammy aromatics meld with luscious dark malt characteristics. They’re very stoked by how this Mott has come together!

As recent tradition holds there will be no limits on draft pours or bottles, they just ask you to consume responsibly, and treat other patrons and the staff with respect. There will be food, casks and merriment! They’re looking forward to celebrating this momentous event with you! Cheers!
