Fraser Fir Ale
Their brewer at Lost Towns Brewing fully embraces the commitment to local! He and some brewery friends visited a local fir tree farm and harvested beautiful green fir tips last spring. After a short rest in the deep freeze, they have brewed a slightly malty ale, featuring grain from Valley Malt, Holyoke, MA, to showcase the tips fantastic dank piney flavor. They are balanced with a local hop, Pepite, from Four Star Farms, Northfield, MA, adding terrific tropical fruit and melon notes. A true local terroir experience in a glass!
