Wishlist is beautiful copper ale awash with rummy waves of chocolate, vanilla, and toasted coconut. On the nose, a cloud of rum fills the senses with chocolate and toasty coconut suspended in a soft boozy swirl. Each sip fills the palate with a malty rum backbone and notes of chocolate-dipped coconut. Barrel aging layers in more vanilla and burnt sugar. Tannins lend a clean finish.
