PRESS RELEASE / October 2, 2024 (Arlington, MA) – Arlington Brewing Company, the creators of beloved local craft beers like Spy-P-A New England IPA and First Love Dortmunder Lager, is excited to announce the location of their permanent home at 15 Ryder Street, Arlington, MA.
“After more than three years of searching for the perfect location, we’re thrilled to call 15 Ryder Street our future home,” said Tom Allen, founder and head brewer of Arlington Brewing Company. “This site offers everything we’ve been looking for, including the space to bring our vision of a community-centric brewery to life. With proximity to the Minuteman Bikeway, nearby parks, and the Ed Burns Arena, we couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood to join. We can’t wait to have a physical presence in this amazing community.”
The new facility will feature a 15-barrel production brewery, a taproom with a full kitchen, an outdoor beer garden, and a private function room. Designed with families in mind, the brewery will cater to Arlington’s vibrant community as well as craft beer enthusiasts from nearby towns.
Since its launch in 2023, Arlington Brewing Company has built a loyal following through pop-up events in Arlington and the surrounding areas. Their summer concert series at the Arlington Reservoir became an instant hit, attracting thousands for an unforgettable mix of beer, food trucks, and live music. The brewery has also expanded through contract brewing to meet the growing demand for their beers, which are now available at restaurants and retailers across Greater Boston, from Fenway to Woburn.
Local favorites like Spy-P-A, Money Comes and Goes West Coast IPA, Trafford Ale, and First Love can be found at select retailers. Limited releases such as Marley’s Ghost Christmas Ale, Oval Frame Festbier, and Foxy Librarian Strong Belgian Ale often sell out quickly. “With our own production facility, we’ll be able to meet the demand for our core beers and have the flexibility to create even more seasonal and special releases,” Allen added. “Our small-batch beers often sell out in hours, so we’re eager to scale up production and increase availability.”
The project is currently in the planning stages, with the brewery slated to open in summer 2025. Until then, fans of Arlington Brewing Company can enjoy their beers at various local events. For a full schedule, visit www.DrinkArlingtonBeer.com.
