Two Year Anniversary at Dirigible!

Celebrate the Dirigible Brewing two year anniversary at Dirigible Brewing Company!
They’ll have several special beer releases to be announced soon with a beer toast at 5pm!
Food from the Souped Up food truck and a great lineup of live music!
AVAILABLE SATURDAY! Three new barrel-aged mixed fermentation sour ales. 
Gaslamp (Barrel-aged Dark Sour 8.7%): Deep dark sour with light acidity, stone fruit, and moderate funky notes. Brewed with German chocolate malt and aged on apricots and plums. Best of Show winner at the South Shore Brew Club’s 2021 BrewOff (when Colin brewed it as a home brew) and Gold winner of the 2024 Crafties Championship.

Just Dandy (Old Fashioned Inspired Barrel-aged Golden Sour 10.3%): Warm hue with mild funky, nutty, and citrus aromas backed by subtle bourbon soaked cherry and woody spice notes. Conditioned with black walnuts, orange peel, cloves and peppercorn.

Strawberry Incantation (Barrel-aged Golden Sour with Strawberries 10.2%): Strawberry hue with bright acidity, brett funkiness, and jammy berry nose. Tart notes of wild raspberry and sweet strawberry balanced with earthy and woody characteristics.
