CiderFeast™ Boston also spotlights cider’s versatility through careful food pairings with favorite local bites. “Cider is like wine in that different ciders pair beautifully with a wide range of food,” Carbone explains. “You have sweet and dry ciders; variations in flavor thanks to different apple varieties, varying terroir, and application of technique; ABVs from 4% to 12%, and so on. There will be Eastern European specialties from Lithuanian Kitchen, culinary delights from Formaggio Kitchen, craft hot sauces from Craic Sauce, cider donuts, and a range of plant-based and gluten-free options at CiderFeast™ Boston.
