69-Year-Old Iconic Massachusetts Donut Brand Joins Forces with Boston’s 40-Year-Old Legendary Craft Brewery to Create the Ultimate Glazed Donut for Dad

No, it’s not another tie or power tool, it’s the Samuel Adams American Light Donut! This year, give dad something that won’t get lost at the bottom of a closet — a dozen beer donuts. The Samuel Adams American Light Donut will be available at all Kane’s Donuts locations: 120 Lincoln Ave. in Saugus; 1575 Broadway (Essex Landing) in Saugus; and 90 Oliver St. in Boston’s Financial District on Saturday, June 15th and Sunday, June 16th.
Tapping into the all-new Samuel Adams American Light’s crisp, light, and slightly sweet lager taste, Kane’s has crafted yet another crave-able creation. The Sam Adams American Light Donut is a light and airy brioche donut, dipped in a glaze made from reduced Samuel Adam’s American Light Beer and Kane’s Signature Honey Glaze. Note that all alcohol burns off in the cooking process.

The Samuel Adams American Light donut will be available in limited quantities at all Kane’s locations during Father’s Day weekend.
For the month of June, Kane’s will also feature a Mango Donut, a brioche dough drenched in Kane’s Signature Honey Glaze, then filled with mango and topped with a dollop of coconut/pineapple cream. Additionally, they will have a Lemon Poundcake donut, a moist and tangy cake-style lemon donut iced with the lightest lemon icing and topped with shredded coconut, and a Cookie Dough Donut, a yeast-style donut light and fluffy with creamy vanilla frosting, topped with cookie dough and chocolate chips, then fudge stripes. The Gluten-Free flavor of the month is a chocolate cake donut with Whoopie pie filling and dusted with confectionery sugar and the Vegan flavor of the month is a warm cinnamon and sugar donut.
