BBQ & Beer Spring Tasting Dinner at Dorchester Brewing

Come join Dorchester Brewing & M&M BBQ for a Spring Beer dinner on Thursday, April 15h at 7pm! They’re excited to be hosting these monthly beer dinners in the Tap Room and have put together a Spring-themed 4 course tasting menu with seasonal BBQ food and fresh beer pairings to enjoy. These events sell out, so grab your ticket now to participate.
Menu will include:
House Salad
mixed greens, pickled onions, carrots and corn, cornbread croutons and a lemon zest vinaigrette
Candied Bacon
house made rub made with our house seasoning, brown sugar and black peppercorn
Moe’s Signature Ribs
smoked St. Louis cut pork ribs topped with a honey BBQ sauce
Dessert
mixed berry bread pudding
Beer pairings will be announced closer to the date.
Prepaid reservation for parties of 1 to 6
$55 per person
*Indoor seating only. All guests must be participating in this dinner.
*Tables will be available for a max of 90 minutes and for groups of up to 6 guests. Sorry, no exceptions.
