Their first-ever Cask Fest checks all three boxes.

Cask beer has always held a special place in their hearts. The classic British approach to conditioning and serving beer creates an experience that can be difficult to find Stateside. When treated correctly, cellar temperature (around 55 ℉), unfiltered, and gently carbonated cask beer is draught beer at its finest.

For two days, enjoy six unique offerings ranging from some traditional British-inspired recipes to more classic Trillium styles served exclusively on cask. For the best selection, they encourage you to arrive early. They’ll have commemorative Trillium Flower Logo Imperial Nonic Pint Glasses available for purchase. To pair with these beers, they will also have special menu items inspired by traditional British pub fare.
