Every late March to early April in Munich, the Starkbierfest (Strong Beer Fest) is celebrated. For Notch, this means it’s time once again to brew strong beers and put on a fest with their friends! Expect ½ liter pours of Notch Bavarian lagers, German food, traditional music from The TubaFrau Hofbräu Band, and bubbling foaming beer from THE LOGGERHEAD HOT POKER!

To commemorate the triumphant return of Starkbierfest, this year they brewed three very special starkbiers for the occasion.

Loggerhead – Rauch Doppelbock || 7.1% ABV

Doppelsticke – Altbier || 7.5%

Bock – Bavarian Dunkel Bock || 6.0% ABV

Events will take place on Saturday, April 2, at their Brighton location, and Sunday, April 3, at their Salem location.

Admission will be $10 at the door and include a custom Starkbierfest 1/2 liter steinkrug or $5 at the door for general admission (or bring your own steinkrug!)

Admission includes live entertainment and a whole bunch of Gemütlichkeit.
