This oyster-tastic celebration will feature sea-gems from five of the finest local oyster farms – Wellfleet, Island Creek, Pleasant Bay, Katama Bay, and Old Cove. Eating local oysters supports small independent fisherfolk and help protect our local coastal ecosystems from erosion and selective overfishing – so be a hero and eat an oyster!
