Exquisite German fare including sausage plates, Wiener Schnitzel and whatever the kitchen comes up with this year in the way of authentic German delicacies. This finer German cuisine can only be had inside the Ale House.
In the Street
Beer, Food, Beer, Food, Greater Gardner Characters, Lesser Gardner Characters, Red Apple Farm, GratefulDan Tie Dyes (like a million of them), Hop Hollow Beer Soap, Smith’s Country Cheese, Lakins Childrens Fine Apparel, PYCA, Popcorn and Cotton Candy by The Farm at Baptist Common, Moon Hill Brewing Co., the Acadien Social Club pouring too!, Corn Hole, Kids’ Stuff, Rick’s iPod Play List (which is for sale), all 115 Ale House Employees, The cutest 15 HUGE security guards (for your protection) and scads of other activities all over Gardner. We really LOVE the last Saturday in September and we want to give it to you! Did we say CORN HOLE? Our favoritest game, freakin’ ever. Ohmygosh a beer and corn hole is like heaven to me (Rick quote).
Parking
The City of Gardner has some pretty decent on-street parking. Of course, Parker St. and West St., the streets for the Oktoberfest, are closed. However all around City Hall is good parking including the lots behind City Hall. Streets leading out of the center of the city are generally good going west, south, north, and City Hall as mentioned. The West. St. Municipal Parking Lot (across the street from the Gardner Ale House at 74 Parker St.) is closed for parking, as it is set up with a beer tent, food tent, vendors, our live music stage, lawn games for adults, free face painting and sidewalk art for kids, etc. for the festivities.
