Last year’s Kölsch Night was a delightful success – one that Notch Brewing can’t wait to recreate. Keeping with tradition this event will utilize a waitstaff, or as they’re refered to in the Brauhauses of Cologne, “Köbes”.

Here’s how it works: You never order a thing, it simply comes to you. Their staff will come by with trays of Kölsch, each time you get one, a notch goes on your coaster. Repeat as desired. A German sausage plate will arrive after your first few beers (there will also be a vegetarian option). At the end of the night, the notches are added up, and you will be presented with your tab for beer.

Easy.

Kölsch will be the only beer offered and served in the traditional tall cylindrical 0.2 liter glass called a “stange” (yes, you can take it home when you’ve had your fill).

The German Sausage plate (and veg option) will consist of: Beer braised Bratwurst, Caraway Sauerkraut, Potato Salad, Notch Mustard, Pretzel.

$25 price per person includes entry, Notch Stange, and German sausage plate. Beer is additional. One seating only!
