Maifest (Mayfest) is a traditional German festival to celebrate the beginning of spring. Germans celebrate by decorating their cities with a Maibaum (Maypole), colorful ribbons, and flowers. The festival includes traditional music, dancing, attire, and of course, German food and beer – such as Maibock! We will be releasing our Keller Series Maibock on Friday to kick off the festival. A May king and queen are selected from the festival attendees.
