Hot Wings, Cold Brews with Shovel Town Brewery

Join Shovel Town Brewery as they collaborate with Stoughton House of Brews for Hot Wings, Cold Brews. They will be creating and pairing (4) wing sauces with some of their best craft beers. Stoughton House of Brews will be making the wings along with two of the sauces. Their own, Chef Connell will be creating the other two.
This VIRTUAL tasting event will be held on Friday, March 12th from 7-8 PM and will be streamed LIVE from Shovel Town Brewery’s FB and Instagram pages. Frank Altieri, co-owner of Shovel Town Brewery, Rick Gallego, executive chef at Stoughton House of Brews and Shovel Town’s Chef Connell will be discussing the wings with the sauces made from the beer pairings. These sauces will start mild and finish hot. At the end of the event, you can vote on your favorite wing sauce.
Tickets are $40 and includes the 4-pack of beer with a 16 piece wing pack and sauces.
Orders must be placed by Tuesday, March 9. Pick up is Thursday, March 11 from 3-9 PM and Friday, March 12 from 3-6 PM.
Brew selection and sauces:
1. Patriot Salsa Verde made with Patriot, our Czech Pilsner brewed true to the original style.
2. Flyaway Hoppy Honey made with Flyaway, a juicy, hazy New England Style IPA brewed with Citra exclusively.
3. Canbidextrous Buffalo made with Canbidextrous, a balanced New England Style Pale Ale with just the right amount of juicy, tropical, and approachable.
4. Twine Habanero made with Twine Cutter, a West Coast IPA, brewed with Michigan Chinook and Mosaic hops.
