Join Cambridge Brewing on May 4th, from 2pm-9pm, in celebrating a momentous milestone as Cambridge Brewing Company turns 35! Chef Dave is firing up the grill to prepare mouthwatering sausages and their world-famous beer-braised chicken pita sandwiches. As if that’s not enough, their raw bar will feature flavorful oysters for a true culinary delight.
Get ready to raise a glass to their rich brewing history as they host a CBC alumni bar, serving up beers from past brewers, including creative concoctions from Ben Howe of Otherlands Beer, Megan Parisi of Samuel Adams, Jay Sullivan & Sean Nolan of Honest Weight, Kevin Dwyer from Oxbow, Lee Lord of Naragansett, Ben Roesch of Murder Hill, and Anthony Lauring of Outrider Brewing!
Prepare for a walk down memory lane with a selection of vintage and classic CBC beers, including beloved brews like Heather and YEM, alongside their current offerings. And the cherry on top? They’re unveiling their exclusive 35th Anniversary beer, a special version of their Tripel Threat aged in Apple Brandy Barrels from their friends at Short Path Distillery. This unique brew will be available on tap and in bottles.
