Fourth Course:
Brew Practitioners Brewery & Taproom (Florence, MA), Black Stout, paired with Countryside Braised Beef, olive oil and roasted garlic mashed potatoes and local grilled & marinated asparagus

Fifth Course:
Brooks Home Brewing (Williamsburg, MA), Honey Bourbon Ale, paired with Cinnamon bourbon tapioca with drunk apples
