Come join Dorchester Brewing for their first BBQ & Brews Beer Dinner at Dorchester Brewing Co.! Their friends at M&M BBQ will be offering a 6 course tasting menu that is paired with some expertly crafted beer brewed right here at DBco.
All seating will be indoors for this event. They can accommodate groups of up to 6 guests per party. The price is $50/person & includes beer (Half pours), food and gratuity. Space is very limited so reserve your spot now!
Here’s the tasting menu with beer pairings:
Chef Mike’s Special: Mixed greens topped with feta cheese, craisins & pecans. served with a roasted garlic vinaigrette. Beer Pairing: DOT’s Buzzwig
Pig is in Paris: Smoked prosciutto wrapped asparagus. Beer Pairing: Parish Pilsner
Deep Fried Mac: Macaroni and cheese balls stuffed with candied bacon & jalapenos. Beer Pairing: Lightyear Journey
T.D.E: Truffle deviled eggs. Beer Pairing: Mid Century Mild
BBQ Taco: Shredded brisket, pickled onions , smoked onion sour cream & scallions. Beer Pairing: E.S.B.
Bread Pudding. Beer Pairing: Good Apollo 5oz
Dinner starts at 6:30pm with seating starting at 6pm. Please keep in mind, all guests in a party must be participating in this dinner. Refunds will no be available less than 48 hours prior to this event.
