With March Madness almost upon us, we’re gearing up to hold a little competition of our own. On March 15 while the First Four are playing in Dayton, we have invited some favorite Massachusetts breweries to our house for a friendly “Kick the Keg” challenge!

At 5pm, four kegs from Portico Brewing Company, Notch Brewing, Wormtown Brewery and Harpoon Brewery will be tapped and it’ll be up to our beer and basketball enthusiasts to determine your favorite by consumption. The brewery with the first kicked keg will be named our honorary March Madness specialty beer and have their pint featured for only $5 for the remainder of the tournament. (And don’t forget, we have 11 HDTVs including three mammoth 80-inch screens that line the bar!)

The beers contending for a spot in our March Madness starting lineup are as follows:

Harpoon Brewery – UFO Twist
Notch Brewing Company – Notch Pils
Portico Brewing Company – Fuzzy Logic
Wormtown Brewery – Be Hoppy
