Come celebrate Starkbier season this Saturday and Sunday with the release of Orator Doppelbock and Karl’s Sausages. Traditionally consumed by monks for nourishment while fasting during Lent, starkbier is strong and full bodied but deceptively drinkable. Brewery Silvaticus will be serving up bratwurst from Karl’s and maybe cranking some beerhall tunes to put you in the mood.
