Special Beer Release: MILDER THANG collaboration with Dogfish Head

The Sam Adams Boston Taproom releasing an amped up Imperial Mild Ale take on the traditional low ABV English Mild featuring Palmetto Honey and Beech Tree Syrup as part of their DrinkLab sensory experience, a platform used to gather and assess drinker feedback. Milder Thang is a 5.8% ABV amber ale with notes of caramel honey and nuttiness from the New Leaf beech tree syrup.
To pair with the brew, Brewing The American Dream partner and coach, Chef Elle Simone, will be building a beautiful 15 foot grazing table over the length of our Beer Hall bar featuring meats and accoutrements from BTAD entrepreneur, City Feed, cheese from Dogfish partner, Cabot, and actual beech tree syrup and palmetto honey from their friends at New Leaf. Come meet Sam Calagione & Megan Parisi in the beer hall at the Sam Adams Downtown Taproom and try this delicious innovative brew.
