A stein hoisting competition hosted Rich Keefe of the #Dork Podcast and WEEI will start at 5pm. This year, their steinhoisting competition is being amped up and is officially a qualifier round in the Massachusetts Steinholding Championship. The winners of the men and women’s competition will be formally invited to compete in the state championships happening on October 2nd at Jack’s Abby.

This year the celebrity dunk tank is back and better than ever. They have a great line up of participants who will be raising money for Housing Families. Lineup will be announced soon.

Throw at the dunk tank will be 1 for $5 or 3 for $10. Only cash will accepted for the dunk tank.

$10 at the door, includes a souvenir stein and your first pour.
Kids 12 and under permitted up until 6pm. Only service animals allowed.

During the event, there will be no onsite parking at the brewery. Plan accordingly. If you must bring a car, you can park it at one of the following locations:

– Municipal Lot located at intersection of Charles and Pearl Street next to Callahan Park / Macdonald Stadium.
– One of the two parking garages located on Centre Street.

Please utilize public transportation or ride shares.

Want to attend Oktoberfest for free? They are partnering up with The Friends of The Malden River for a neighborhood clean up the morning of Oktoberfest. They will meet up at the brewery and then head out and pick up trash in the neighborhood around the brewery and the Malden River.
