Join Shovel Town Brewery on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 7 PM as they match some classic brews with their favorite Girl Scout cookies. Co-owner Frank Altieri will guide you through this tasting as he explores the sweet side of pairings. This event will be held in-person at the Shovel Town as well as virtually on FB and Instagram LIVE.

Tickets are $25 for a 4-Pack and sampling of Girl Scout Cookies.
$5 of every purchase will be used to purchase Girl Scout Cookies for the Easton Food Pantry.

Sampling will include:

1. Sugar Coat & Lemonades
A Winter inspired fruited sour ale, with loads of plum and cherry puree paired with a savory slice of shortbread with a refreshingly tangy lemon flavored icing.

2. Madagascar Vanilla Cream Ale & Toasty-Yay!
Everything is traditional with this match : A traditional cream ale brewed with Madagascar vanilla beans paired with a toast-shaped cookie that’s full of French toast flavor.

3. PB Crunch & Peanut Butter Patties
A rich, bold peanut butter coffee stout bursting with peanut and sweet coffee aroma paired with crispy vanilla cookie layered with peanut butter and covered with a chocolaty coating.

4. Flyaway & Caramel deLites
A juicy, hazy New England style IPA brewed with Citra, exclusively; heavy hops on the front, with a smooth juicy finish paired with a vanilla cookie topped with caramel, sprinkled with toasted coconut, and laced with chocolatey stripes.
