Quadruple IPA – pernil / pozole Verde .

Erebus Primordial God of Darkness 8% Imperial Stout with hand picked blueberries and hazelnuts.

Petite sous vide filet mignon/ jalapeno candied bacon/ charred jalapeno blueberry Demi glace/ hazlenut pomme puree.

To finish it off Prometheus 12% Imperial Stout with coconut, hazelnut, and vanilla bean-

Handmade bacon chocolate donut / coconut glaze / shredded coconut / cinnamon whipped cream.
