Join Shire Breu-Hous as they release our Western MA Beer Fest collaboration brew with Big Elm! They teamed up with Big Elm Brewing in Sheffield to brew a Saison made with locally sourced ingredients. They used malted barley from Turner Hill Malting Company in South Egremont, malted wheat from Valley Malt in South Hadley and Four Star Farms hops from Northfield to brew this one off batch.
