Brewed with malted Spelt and Corn from Valley Malt as well as malted Rye from Four Star Farms and hopped exclusively with this year’s Pink Boots blend from Yakima Chief Hops. Dissent Collar is bright and crisp with floral and herbal notes in the nose and flavors of red currant, citrus peel and hints of coconut.
