About The Burgundians

Veteran-owned business, founded in March 2017 by Shane Matlock. We started selling Coffee in Attleboro at Soccer games in April 2017, and then we sold our first waffles to the public on June 24th, 2017. We have done pop ups all over Rhode Island and Massachusetts, from breweries such as Proclamation Ale, Whalers Brewing, Tree House Brewing, Trillium, to farmers markets, distilleries, coffee shops, etc. The Burgundian means someone who loves food and drink in both quality and quantity, shared amongst friends. Shane lived on the border of France and Belgium for three years, and he fell in love with the food and drink of both countries, and the overall community they brought about. This is what we seek to cultivate with the Burgundian Brand.
