ANNOUNCEMENT: The True West supper club is taking its game up a level this month by unveiling a new concept that Chef has been cooking up: introducing the Feast Revival Project!
The Feast Revival Project aims to promote the resurgence of community feasts — communal gatherings built around spectacular seasonal food and carefully curated conversations that will leave you feeling physically, socially and intellectually nourished.
On Wednesday May 14th at 6pm, Chef Jon will be joined by Prof. Malcolm Purintan @beerhistorian and the Acton Minutemen to host a delicious dinner and conversation about the role that beer and taverns played 250 years ago here in the greater Acton area.
