Chef Stephen Marcaurelle will be offering an amazing summer barbecue menu that will be the perfect pairing for this tap takeover. Highlights from the menu include:

* BBQ Chicken: cascabel chili, membrillo, oregano, lemon
* Potato Salad: romesco, smoked onion, hazelnuts, parsley
* Cross Cut Shortribs: ginger, yellow peach, guajillo, chili, tamarind
* Veggie Bocadillo: shitake mushrooms, lemongrass, spicy miso aioli, avocado
* Hanger Steak: chimichurri, asparagus, black olive butter
* Corn on the Cob: aji amarillo, lime, idiazabel, urfa pepper
* Beef Bocadillo: smoked bacon, ice box pickles, cheddar cheese, secret sauce
