Springdale Turns Three!

Mark your calendars and scrap your schedules: Springdale turns three this month! And you bet we’re throwing a party. Join us at the Barrel Room on Friday, 1/17, for beers, a special food menu from visiting chef David Punch (Sycamore./Little Big Diner/Buttonwood), vintage pours, and much more. Food starts at 6pm!
Admission is free, but we ask that you RSVP here so we can get a head count.

($10 gets you each small bite below, with 100% of proceeds going to Bike MS).
– Braised Beef Shortrib Terrine, Smoked Onion Jam, & Sourdough. Paired with Brigadeiro!
– House-made Sauerkraut, Bacon & Smoked Trout Fritters, Mustard Sauce. Paired with Pearly Wit!
– Gastro’s Smoked Maple IPA-Wurst, Spicy Pineapple Jam, & Kings Sweet Bun. Paired with IPA!
– Tandoori Spice-Roasted Carrots, French Feta, Almond, & Dried Pear. Paired with Pear Reviewed Barrel-Aged Sour!
