As you know, Spencer Brewery is closed to the public. The monks open the brewery just once a year and this year it is on June 22nd from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

This year along with our self-guided brewery tour, sample and full pours of beer, merchandise, packaged beer sales, Trappist preserves and chicken dinners from the Spencer Fire Department, they will be offering our barrel-aged beers for sale. Among these will be their Oak Aged Imperial Stout, Oak Aged Monks’ Reserve Ale, Oak Aged Holiday Ale, and Sherry Barrel-Aged Holiday Ale. They are not planning to restrict purchase quantities on these beers, so come early for the best selection.

Must be 21 or over with proper ID to consume and purchase beer. Children are welcome, but they have no activities for children. No pets. Service animals are allowed. The brewery is handicapped accessible. Follow signs from the abbey to the brewery.
